Requirements:

·         Proven knowledge of the Kaskus  community from experience of being a KasKuser

·         Minimum of 2+ years experiences in technical or business analyst capacity, in product management, business development, marketing, communications, journalism

·         Understanding of key technologies supporting and related to Online Forums, eCommerce, or Payment systems

·         Strong interpersonal, team and client relationship building skills

·         Excellent verbal and written (English language) communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities

·         Bachelor’s degree in arts, business or science related field of study preferred (Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Journalism, Psychology)

Desired but not required:

·         Understanding of technology standards for online forums, web publishers, news, etc.

·         Knowledge of Agile product development, train model or test-driven development methodology

·         Experience working with a remotely distributed product development team
